Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent overall experience all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat
- Resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
